Use these steps to manage Results Only access. This allows external visitors who don't have access to your UserZoom account to see the results of a study. To learn what Read Only access allows, see Account access and user permissions.

Give Results Only access
Your project has to be launched (Live or Offline project status) for the option to share the results with external users to appear.
- Go to the Monitor section of your project.
- Click Share Settings above the Activity Summary area.
- In the modal window, next to External Visitor, enter the email address of who needs access.
- Click Add User.
- Click Save. The invitee will get an email with the instructions to access the study.
Check who has Results Only access
- Click your Username at the top right corner.
- Select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
- Click Users & Teams.
- Look under External Visitors for users with Results Only access.
Remove Results Only access from all projects
- Click your Username at the top right corner.
- Select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
- Click Users & Teams.
- Under External Visitors, click Delete next to the user you want to remove from all projects.
Remove Results Only access from a specific project
- Go to the Monitor section of the project.
- Click Share Settings above the Activity Summary area.
- In the modal window, under Who has access to this project, find the user with Results Only access you want to remove.
- Click the Trash Can icon next to the user.
- Click Save.
